Brainy Foods For Kids

Friday 22nd April

A fun and interactive morning focusing on how nutrition can support brain health. In this workshop your child will learn:
How a healthy gut can create a healthy mind.  How to feel calmer and more alert at school.  How to boost brain power to help focus and concentration.

Your child will then help to create tasty snacks using delicious ingredients known to support
optimal brain health.
