Improve Your Health, Improve Your Life

I am passionate in inspiring parents to recognise the power of food and realise the impact it can have to their family’s health and wellbeing in a dynamic and life changing way.

I have a special interest in neuro diversity and atopic conditions, and work mainly with children and their families who are struggling with ongoing health issues such as asthma or eczema and children struggling with overwhelm and anxiety.

I have qualified from a 3 year naturopathic nutrition course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am registered with BANT, ANP and the CHNC.

What I do

My job as a naturopathic nutrition practitioner is to identify nutritional and metabolic imbalances and restore them using food, supplementation and different lifestyle interventions. The work is evidence based as it is achieved through using lab testing which helps decipher nutrient levels, create an overview of gut health and toxin exposure. This highlights which areas of nutritional health need supporting, and I can check to see whether the intervention is working through retesting. My job is to guide, support and motivate you to give you the tools to take control of your child’s and family’s health and wellbeing.

Examining mineral balance, nutrient intakes and overall gut health is imperative in neuro- diversity, as research shows that this can have a dramatic effect in your child’s behaviour, anxiety and overall well-being.

Consultations

I generally support clients for a minimum of three months.  I find this offers the most beneficial results creating a stronger mindset and healthier habits.

Consultations are held in Oxfordshire, London or online.  All consultations are booked individually through NatureDoc.

Testimonials

" In my 30s I was diagnosed with hashimoto thyroiditis and more recently, asthma. As a result, I have struggled with my breathing, fluctuating weight, low mood, anxiety and insomnia. Tash was so welcoming and put me at ease throughout the assessment process. My nutrition plan was tailor made to my level of culinary skills (which is not great) and included tasty, easy recipes and helpful links to keep me motivated.  She also explained so eloquently and detailed the rationale behind the changes - she obviously has a lot of knowledge as she comes across so passionate about her job.

Within a couple of weeks, I started to notice the difference with a much-improved sleep pattern and as a result, I have now gained more energy and generally feel more balanced mentally and stable weight wise. I have not had any problems with my asthma since starting my plan.

Thank you Tash for changing my life for the better!"
